Expansion of the production area with a new, dust-free assembly room with fully automatic dehumidification

In a breathtaking period of less than 3 months from the start of planning to completion, no expense or effort was spared to expand the operating equipment accordingly and thus keep the high-quality standard at the highest level.

After the conception and expansion of the new room, a special ESD floor was integrated and new ESD tables and flow boxes for air purification were purchased.

Also part of the new assembly room is a vacuum machine, with which the products are packaged and sealed immediately in a dust-free and low-moisture environment.

The focus is on the new air conditioning system, which not only removes 99% of all viruses, bacteria, PM2.5 and mold as well as 99.7% dust, but can also shine with fully automatic dehumidification using a hygrostat and serial connection filter.

This measures with a measuring range from -30°C to +80°C, 0 to 100% relative humidity (no fog) and an accuracy of < +/- 2% rel. Humidity and < +/- 0.5°C over the entire measuring range (see manufacturer information).

However, the focus of this project was also on the consideration of the noise level of the entire system. In order to further improve the conditions for the employees, the decision was made in favor of this extremely quiet air conditioning and air purification including dehumidification.
