Purpose of the PRO DESIGN Whistleblower System
As a company, we place great importance on transparency, integrity, and compliance with laws and regulations.
The purpose of our whistleblower system is to provide employees and external parties with a secure and confidential way to report concerns or suspicions regarding potential violations of laws, company policies, or ethical standards. By implementing this system, potential issues can be identified and addressed at an early stage, helping to minimize risks to the company and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The system also contributes to fostering an open and transparent corporate culture in which concerns are taken seriously and handled appropriately.
WHO can report incidents?
All PRO DESIGN employees, business partners, and third parties worldwide.
WHAT can be reported?
Risks and violations, particularly in cases of reasonable suspicion of legal breaches, violations of the PRO DESIGN Code of Conduct, as well as other misconduct within the company and along the supply chain.
HOW can reports be submitted?
There are several ways to submit a report:

Confidentiality of Reports
All reports are treated confidentially. The identity of the whistleblower will only be disclosed if legally required or if the whistleblower has given explicit consent.
We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against employees who report concerns in good faith. Any attempt to disadvantage or harass a whistleblower will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
All reports are handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
